Here at The Bridge, we believe in the importance of blessing Israel and the Jewish people. Financially, we do this in two ways:
- We give a full tithe (10%) of our regular giving income to organizations that work to help Israel and the Jewish people in the name of Yeshua.
- We have a separate Bless Israel fund that people can give directly to. Every dollar given will go straight to organizations in need.
Currently, these are the organizations we are giving to:
- Celebrate Messiah: Celebrate Messiah works in New Zealand, running a free hostel for Israelis, most of whom are seeking solace after their service time in the IDF. They have a heart for the next generation of young adults and present the Gospel in a non-confrontational, relational way.
- Reach Initiative International: RII works in Israel, Belarus, Ukraine, India, and beyond to give help in practical and spiritual ways to Holocaust survivors, orphans, and others in need in the Jewish communities they serve.
- The Joseph Project: The Joseph Project is the humanitarian arm of the MJAA, and the one of the largest humanitarian aid organizations in Israel. Since 2000, they have distributed over $150 million of aid around Israel.
- IAMCS Congregations in Ukraine: The IAMCS is the congregational arm of the MJAA, and The Bridge has joined several other Messianic Jewish congregations in sponsoring the need of our brothers and sisters in Ukraine. Our funds help provide generators and other basic needs.
- Be’ad Chaim: Be’ad Chaim offers crisis pregnancy care in Israel and ongoing support (through practical needs as well as counseling) to mothers who choose life in difficult circumstances.
