You can download our membership packet here. There are two parts:
Step One: You can print this {Information Packet} or read it in on your computer. We ask you to carefully read it in its entirety.
(If you weren’t in service for all four parts of the membership series, we ask you to watch them before filling out your membership form. It is important that we are all on the same page as our community takes this next step!)
Step Two: If, after prayer, you’ve decided to become a member, please print this {Membership Form}, fill it out, and put it in the Tzedakah box or give it directly to Mark or Judy.
We will follow up with you within the next two weeks or so. We are so excited about you taking this step to join us in the vision and direction God has called us to!
